Expanding Educational Cooperation Opportunities for Vietnamese and Singaporean Enterprises
More than 30 Singaporean business representatives recently visited and engaged in networking activities at the Polytechnic Training Institute (BKE) and Xanh Tuệ Đức School, located in Thanh Hà Urban Area, Thanh Oai District, Hanoi. These institutions are part of the BKE-GNH Ecosystem, which includes the Polytechnic Training Institute and the Kind Living Community.
BKE-GNH Ecosystem: A Philosophy Rooted in Ethics, Wisdom, and Resilience
The BKE-GNH Ecosystem was founded and mentored by Mr. Trần Việt Quân, who has spent 20 years researching human resources, management, Buddhist studies, and Eastern philosophy. His ecosystem is built on the three core values:

- Resilience (Nghị lực)
The Polytechnic Training Institute (BKE) functions as a training center for individuals and businesses while also connecting various charitable and social communities.



Vietnamese Wisdom Journey: A Nationwide Literacy Initiative
During the visit, BKE representatives introduced the Vietnamese Wisdom Journey Project, a nationwide initiative with members in 59 provinces and cities. The project is dedicated to promoting reading culture across Vietnam, with unique and customized programs developed by BKE.
Singaporean Delegates Show Interest in BKE’s Educational Projects
Singaporean business representatives were particularly impressed with BKE’s reading culture programs and its free educational projects.
- Mr. Koh Sze Huan, CEO of Intel Consulting Singapore & Koh Management, highly praised BKE’s free English language programs.
- He also expressed interest in collaborating to establish primary-level English training centers in Vietnam.
Visit to Xanh Tuệ Đức School: Building a Happiness-Centered Learning Environment
At Xanh Tuệ Đức School, the Singaporean delegation toured the campus and explored the school’s skill-based learning initiatives.

- Ms. Li Wei, Principal of Furen International School (FIS), Singapore, shared insights on international education trends and expressed her appreciation for the exchange.
- FIS, established in 2000, offers secondary and pre-university programs, with alumni accepted into prestigious institutions such as Cambridge, Oxford, and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
This visit paved the way for further educational cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore.

Vietnam-Singapore Strengthen Education Ties
The Singaporean business delegation’s visit aligns with ongoing efforts to enhance Vietnam-Singapore cooperation across multiple sectors.
On October 17, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Vocational Education Cooperation was signed at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi between:
- Vietnam’s Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET), Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
- Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
The agreement was signed in the presence of the President of Singapore and the President of Vietnam, further reinforcing bilateral commitments to educational collaboration.
