Consulting Implementation for Trung Đô Joint Stock Company
Recently, the USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (USAID IPSC) Project, in collaboration with IMCE Singapore as the consulting unit, officially launched the Sales & Marketing Strategy Consultation and Distribution Channel Development initiative for Trung Đô Joint Stock Company in Nghệ An.
Project Kickoff Ceremony
During the kickoff ceremony, all parties aligned on a shared direction, established clear objectives, and identified key success factors for the consulting process. Additionally, they agreed on the structure for meetings, discussions, and collaboration, along with the standardization of workflows to ensure consistency in consulting activities and business and marketing plan implementation for Trung Đô.
Representatives from the project and Trung Đô’s leadership emphasized the importance of multidimensional information exchange. Trung Đô’s leadership team shared their expectations, vision, and commitment to the project, while the consulting firm conducted interviews to assess needs, proposed strategic directions, and provided a comprehensive project timeline and work plan. Key project members were officially introduced during the meeting, as they play a crucial role in ensuring the project’s effectiveness and compliance throughout its implementation.

Following the kickoff meeting, in-depth interviews and a sales performance assessment will take place on October 12, involving Trung Đô’s leadership team and key department representatives. Subsequent meetings between the project team and Trung Đô will further support the initial assessment process.
The kickoff meeting marks a significant milestone in helping Trung Đô align with international business standards while unlocking critical initiatives to enhance internal capabilities, expand distribution channels, and reach customers in both domestic and international markets, including the U.S. and North America.
Trung Đô is among the selected enterprises participating in Vietnam’s Pioneering Enterprise Support Program, implemented by the USAID IPSC Project in collaboration with the Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI). The program aims to support Vietnamese businesses in developing globally competitive “Made by Vietnam” products, ensuring rapid and sustainable growth in the global market.
